Jean Roberts
Miss Jean plays the hammered dulcimer, stand-up
bass and sings harmony. Miss Jean is the founder and guiding
light of Prairie Land. She loves traditional music and began performing on
the hammered dulcimer in the early 1980s. |

Gene Henry
Doc McGillicuddy plays guitar, stand-up bass,
harmonica, bones and jaw-bone, as well as singing lead and harmony.
Doc is an old folkie and grew up in the 1960 Folk Music revival.
He has been a member of several successful folk groups. |

Nathan Sanders
Buford plays
mandolin, guitar, stand-up bass, and piano. In addition to being a talented
musician, Buford is a comic and performs most of the band's funny
songs. He also provides most of the animal and incidental sounds. Buford has

Skip Nicholson
Beauregard, or
the Tishomingo Kid, plays guitar, 5-string banjo, and mandolin as well
as singing lead and harmony. Beau is also a folk era refugee, having
performed in coffee houses and folk clubs over the past 25 years. Like
Doc, Beau has also been a member of several successful bands.
